Facesies will gladly authorize returns of UNWORN Merchandise within 30 days of receipt of your order. Returned shipping will be at the expense of the customer, UNLESS the error was done by facesies. If the error was our fault, please submit an inquiry here and someone will be in touch. We appreciate our customers and in the end, your overall satisfaction is our top priority.
Gift Cards and Electronic Gift Cards are also final sale and cannot be returned or refunded except where prohibited by law.
We do not do exchanges. Our reasoning is simple. Our products are in high demand and if you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time. Therefore we suggest you place a new order for the style color you want online.

However, facesies reserves the right to decline your order at its sole discretion, at any time, whether you have received a confirmation or your credit card has been charged. Some of the reasons your order may be declined are if the goods are unavailable; if pricing is in error, or if there are problems concerning credit or an issue of fraud is detected. We will contact you if we need more information. If your order is declined, we will credit your original method of payment for any amount charged with respect to such order. While it is our practice to confirm orders by email, the receipt of an email order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order or our confirmation of an offer to sell a product or service.
